Birds Rights..

HELLO..

TODAY I WAS TELLING A NEIGHBOR ABOUT A LARGE HAWK I SAW PERCHED.. HE SAID THE SIZE INDICATED IT WAS A RED-TAILED HAWK.. HE STUDIES BIRDS.. PHOTOGRAPHS THEM AND SO ON.. AS A HOBBY..

THEN HE TOLD ME THAT WIND FARMS ARE KILLING A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF GOLDEN EAGLES.. AND HAWKS EVERY YEAR.

REASON?  THE WIND PROPS USE THE SAME NATURAL AIR FLOWS A HAWK DOES IN THEIR GLIDE WHILE FLYING..

WIND TUNNELS ARE OBVIOUSLY A GREAT ADVANTAGE IN ENERGY PRODUCTION..

WITH ALL THOSE BRAINS WHY DO THEY NOT DEVELOP AN ‘EARLY WARNING SYSTEM’ FOR THE BIRDS THAT FOLLOW THE SAME AIR CURRENTS THOSE DEADLY PROPS USE..

A NOISE.. A LIGHT.. SOMETHING TO KEEP THESE WONDERFUL WILD CREATURES FROM FLYING INTO THEM..

THEY (FARMERS AND SCIENTISTS PLUS ENVIRONMENTALISTS) MUST BE AWARE OF THIS DEADLY TO BIRDS THREAT.. IT WOULD NOT BE ALL THAT EXPENSIVE TO WARN THESE MAJESTIC CREATURES TO JOG THEIR PATH TO PASS SAFELY OVER ..
