Mean Drunk Woman

Always been a drama mama talking how you cared.. drunk behind a bar stool..

Bob Weir

AND LONG AFTER ‘THE GOLDEN ROAD’ THE MINSTREL SINGS AND PLAYS.. TELL IT BROTHER.. ROCK ON.. Bob Weir (Photo credit: Matt Tillett)

like a hound your teeth are bared

You one of these people got to protect your scene.. No matter what the drawings are you move it for the green

One day little woman when you’re looking for a friend.. trying to connect with folks from way you been

Someone gonna look at you some and tilt their head.. then say ‘that body was a friend then I heard they were dead’

All the laughs and best by half on back of cawing crow.. tell the tale of your death some decades ago

No one honey lives enough years in this life to lie.. wind up drowned in ocean of tears a liar cries

Take your pretty pouted lips your flaxen hair.. take your model body.. that for just enough you share

Come on here just one more time lets roll in the year.. then take your disappearing act and get away from here

Memory of this day.. ‘with the words of a lie which could almost be true’  Bob Weir.. Grateful Dead.. Peace Tony
