Easy Darlin’..

The Coronation of St Rosalie

SAINT TO KING.. WINO BUM.. CITY LOVE.. A PRICELESS SUM.. The Coronation of St Rosalie (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Country road.. woods lilac dream.. flowers point the way.. honest dirt.. where hurt is hurt.. young creatures laugh and play..

road of concrete.. for machines.. skyscrapers and law.. beautiful.. a woman.. prettiest I saw..

said her name was Rosalie.. saw her eyes were blue.. hair rich chestnut-brown so long.. my heart thumped a love true..

her eyes met mine.. she looked so fine.. guitar case in my hand..

guitar music.. singing harp.. she seemed to understand..

‘what music comes when you play to ride a song?.. play a city diddy for me.. can I sing along?..

lived within a block or two of blues since a child’.. her manner said ‘warm and easy’.. passion was runnin’  wild..

Rosalie come be free.. or take me to your place.. we can talk get to know.. I can see your face.. darling girl this time.. fate has made it true..

for tonight.. good love in sight.. here sensing you..

quietly I hear you.. strong.. keep you from harm.. warm and easy safe.. come snuggle in my arms..

Thought for this day.. The truth of the country undresses the city.. as simplicity undresses confusion.. Peace Tony

About cryinforthedyin

I write philosophy and poetry. I postulate solutions for problems..I find similiar things in history to compare to present day, hoping to find a solution to the seemingly difficult task of giving and receiving love. I play music. Blues harp, piano, guitar, electric and acoustic. I sing..I love to sing..Peace Tony
