Nothing in a Lie..

Down here we are ‘tuff’ we eat melon rinds.. stung from lies passed from mouths of the lying kind..

I do not know what a 'lie' is.. I do know you truly love..

lies cannot support weight of a pebble much less dreams.. consistent paper wet cannot support moonbeams..

 if you worship freedom.. something real and true.. reflected in a mirror.. as they study you.. friend comes, someone strange do you prepare?.. something you think will be liked.. validated share..

when they come in earshot.. what is it you say?.. play a social game in life.. lies obscure to grey..

what of species living.. love to recognize.. truth will be laid and played.. give your dream sharp eyes..

perfect is your surprise..

As I see it.. many good things have been developed and given to society.. I believe it is all for nothing in a lie.. for what is a lie but nothing.. it is not a dream.. though some lies  imaginative fascinate they are not art.. they do not build.. they are to exploit.. trying to cheat time.. with nothing.. as time moves forward.. lend a true you.. Dog and Pony shows

In the late eighties and early nineties CC and I managed an apartment house in W. Los Angeles.

No matter how I reach for reason I only find cheap excuse and evasion.. something bothersome from those who have nothing to offer but a lie..

  As time passed I found the depths some folks will sink to.. this includes.. slandering.. making assumptions.. lying.. and all the other charming things folks will do in the name of the almighty dollar. 

This one stuck in my craw because I was doing what I was hired to do.. protecting my landlord from fraud.. for one..

A woman of about 35 to 40 years named Pam T. and her daughter moved in.  The rental application was taken by the landlady. 

I think it is important at this point to mention our former next door neighbors before Pam T.  The mother had a phobia.  She made a career out of being black and blaming others for it.  I tried to act as I felt and ignore her delusion.. in that time many folks did not speak their mind to other cultures. In fear of being labeled a ‘racist’ or ‘discriminatory’ they just kowtowed to some pretty ridiculous positions. 

I do not recognize differences in culture as being racial.. so I speak my mind.  The landlady.. from mainland China.. apparently was convinced by that wonderful family.. my neighbors, who’s 15-year-old son killed the mother of our kitten.. mother cat was just healing from an injury on our porch..perhaps a failed attempt by this person?.. her older son was just out of the penitentiary in Michigan?.. perhaps Illinois.. I am sympathetic but not a duck.. nor will I be called a name that is not mine..

Well when Ms. Pam T. and her daughter.. who was 18 but not old enough to speak.. according to her mother.. moved in on a Sunday giving a check for 2 months rent and damage deposit.  The next day she stopped payment on the check.. siting her daughters ‘illness’ and her upstairs neighbors acoustic guitar playing as making noise therefore saying the apt.  she rented was unlivable.

When I went to verify the scam artists tenant’s employment as ‘head of surgery at UCLA’  I had a hell of a time getting a response.. the reason was.. she was not a Dr. of any kind.  She was the senior replacement typist in the typing  pool for Surgery.  Investigating further.. I found she had pulled the same stunt at the last apt. she infested.  Left owing 7 months rent.  Caused the manager there to lose his job.. he and his pregnant wife.. looking for lodging.  According to written.. witnessed and notorized statements from this man and his wife.. they did the same thing with the weekend check dealy at the place before his.. Ms. Pam T.’s father was head of the Janitors’ Union.. in a large nearby city. 

This was during the Rodney King reaction riots.  I do think Mr. King was assaulted and beaten.  I do think he deserved a settlement and apology.  About the riot?.. no one in their right mind likes riots.. teens goose stepping down the street to memorized rap lyrics.. sang as cadence by the goose steppers.. a lousy time.. between that and the earthquake of ’91 one had to stay on top of it.  

My opinion of this Pam T. person was.. ’pay the rent.. pony up your occupation’.. she went into court saying I harassed her.. she had a lot of nerve.. or she was just out of her mind..  she was impossible to speak with.. much less harass.. as I believe the young female judge was not seeing clearly.. she had conspiring felons in her courtroom and was disallowing any evidence I brought and made legal motion to admit. 

Unfair.. stupid.. and found by my reasearch to be a direct result, in many ways, of folks for centuries setting an exploitive stage with no fabric beyond laziness and greed.. in a word., slavery and self-importance for the poor whites..

Landlords beware.. managers beware.. in those days I would have said.. ’just because you are uncomfortable with another culture is not an excuse to accept what you know to be a lie’.. and I did.. I was evicted.. fun stuff from the lie of racism.. and those who exploit it.. extending the fallacy of ‘race’.. extended to the young folks who.. for centuries had to hang their heads.. never knowing why.. which is fair.. since there is no reason.. thus no why..

My rant of some years gone.. I hope that fatheaded lady (both of them) find reason.. seems example for her daughter would be reason enough for the scam artist.. the landlady?..nuts..Peace Tony 

Msg from Me to ACLU about DSL phone Lines..

This violation of any common sense has to stop.. and will..

Good Morning.. I have always thought the ACLU was doing something as close as one can get to a ‘divine mission’. 

The issue being addressed here is obvious in the letter. 
I have watched this problem grow.. I have a certain understanding of what young folks who have never committed to civil rights face.  Their ’cause’ is one of fashion.  ‘Free internet everywhere’. 
Living in a city like L.A. I think lines are a must.  I do understand and when possible love ‘wireless’ as I have since being a radio operator in the AF.  I see no point in getting wireless when the FCC on random patrols in various cities found a bunch of folks who did not have firewalls. (over 70% of those picked up and scanned to a laptop from a  long ‘Pringles’ can. 
I do not care if one finds a way to save money.  I mind my own business and am not any kind of policeman.
There is a radio frequency hum in this building.  It is from an enormous amount of unaccounted drop lines.  Crimes of opportunity are set forth when landlords and providers do not take out jacks when a customer ends an account.  Further they leave the terminals in a junction box ‘hot’.  This creates problems. 
After photographing wires, Having real and pretend technicians come here and lie to me, in short doing everything I could short of putting my neighbors in jail.. I disabled 7 illegal, unaccounted wires.  On the 2nd of Nov. 2009 I cut one line, in my locked Verizon junction box, (I say ‘my’ because I am the only person here with a Verizon account), everyone in the building had to get legitimate service. 
My phone is crossed with a TW line.  I have called Time Warner.  On the 5th of Nov. 2009 is when my neighbors had their phone service installed.  (I am not sure but think, save Discover Dishes.. there are no ‘legal accounts’ here, save ours. 
This is obviously not a library or public toilet. 
The problems engendered by ‘jacks’ without determining if the person has a valid phone number are obvious.
If you have time.. could you please look into this.  It was tough the first 3 of 6 years tenancy here.  No one cared.  They acted as if they did not know, or believe.  They feigned ignorance about the right to privacy.  (I think governments do quite enough).  I would get upset when my aged mother would try to reach me and find my phone was ‘out of service’.  It is really awful what folks will do for the cost of their own line. 
I am enclosing this letter I put in my files.  My phone # is xxxxxxxxxx.

In any case.. thank you for the time.. effort and energy of the ACLU.. the accomplishments are noteworthy and the reach of your organization is staggering in an effort to achieve justice and freedom in an egalitarian society.  (part of your work anyway :-)

Please pay me for.. My stolen Story?

The odds are very high that the enclosed, sent to me letter, which includes a heartbreaking story that is true for so many, is a scam.  The conditions that encourage this type of fraud are going to extreme.  This particular scam, (if that is what it is..I think it is).. originated in Nigeria.   It is used as a security pattern for prevention of ‘phishing’ in institutions of higher cyber things.  This scam plays on greed.  I recommend staying away from this type of thing.  Have an atty.. or agency look at it if you have doubt..Peace Tony

Monkey C..monkey Do..

My only question about sad times and who grew up with such paranoid, extreme ‘realities’…is where did these kids get the idea?  It is shameful they had, in some cases, have such bad example in what makes a contribution.  There are billions that see war is a stupid, contraindicated in every case, creation of man..yet look what we do.  It is obvious from the story printed, that regardless of the ‘wanna be’ pose..I do not see anything beyond a couple of creative young folks who need direction..If all  conversations of generations past were scrutinized in the same way..speaking, that appears to be replaced with cyberstuff..emails..notebooks and pads..it makes a record.,government agencies are exactly that..I just feel they are bound by rules necessarily redundant in most cases..I would teach these young men what I know about writing..it is nihlistic in my view..to create negativity by presumed intent to destroy..attrition..and what follows in countries trying to develop their educational/medicinal/technological capacities.  When the truely ignorant, some with educations attained here in the U.S., go back to their homeland to count themselves as loudly as possible, saviors.  They do get rich..I offer history in example..I offer S. Africa, Somalia and other countries where no matter the laws, no matter the rules, soldiers become thieving pirates in many cases..blackwater mercs are heros..there is a confusion that prevents folks from knowing who they are..to offer their best..

Student charged in Utah school bomb plot

ROY, Utah (AP) — The two teens had a detailed plot, blueprints of the school and security systems, but no explosives. They had hours of flight simulator training on a home computer and a plan to flee the country, but no plane.

Still, the police chief in this small Utah town said, the plot was real.

“It wasn’t like they were hanging out playing video games,” Roy Police Chief Gregory Whinham said Friday. “They put a lot of effort into it.”

Dallin Morgan, 18, and a 16-year-old friend were arrested Wednesday at Roy High School, about 30 miles north of Salt Lake City, after a fellow student reported that she received ominous text messages from one of the suspects.

“If I tell you one day not to go to school, make damn sure you and your brother are not there,” one message read, according to court records. “We ain’t gonna crash it, we’re just gonna kill and fly our way to a country that won’t send us back to the U.S.,” read another message.

While police don’t have a motive, one text message noted they sought “revenge on the world.”

The suspects say they were inspired by the deadly 1999 Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colo., and the younger suspect even visited the school last month to interview the principal about the shootings and security measures.

However, one suspect told authorities it was offensive to be compared to the Columbine shooters because “those killers only completed 1 percent of their plan,” according to a probable cause statement.

The teens had so studied their own school’s security system that they knew how to avoid being seen on the facility’s surveillance cameras, authorities said.

Whinham said the “very smart kids” had spent at least hundreds of dollars on flight simulator programs, books and manuals, studying them in anticipation of carrying out their plan to bomb an assembly at the 1,500-student high school.

While authorities said the suspects believed they could pull it off, experts said, it would have been a long shot.

Royal Eccles, manager at the Ogden-Hinckley Airport, about a mile from the school, said it would have been nearly impossible for the students to steal a plane or get the knowledge to fly one using flight simulator programs.

Neverending..Redundant insecurity in racial bigotry..

Before I say much I would like to be clear that I believe ‘race’ in its exploitive and political sense of prejudicial usury is a misnomer. 

We humans are all the same race.  A dog is a different species or race.

I watched and studied this trial..visited pertinent locations..perused the evidence from several sources.  I am saying now..as I said then..he did not have time to do it.  I think when a man is found not guilty, no matter how horrible and inhumane the crime..he was found not guilty.  Yes he had wonderful representation.  I would have the best I could afford in such a situation.  Realistically the defendant is the only person with anything at stake.  Closure in redundant action is revenge, pure and simple.  It is not a replacement for truth or justice.  (I would like to point out that F. Lee Baily, after doing a spot on network TV, and pointing out the very real fact that as soon as the police went over the wall at OJ’s home the case was legally unprosecutable, was sent to jail on a technicality in another court).  Johnny Cochran is dead.  I watched in horror as Judge Ito suppressed evidence that was devastating to the character of Mark Furman.  I watched as he suppressed testimony that showed a car just like Furman’s at the scene on the night of the crime about the time of the murders.  This witness is a man who lived across Bundy from Nicole and took his dog to the balcony facing that way on the third floor every night after the news.  Mark Furman is a man who frightened a female writer back east to the point that she had to be brought under subpeona to testify.  Her testimony included tapes, most of which were disallowed as testimony, where Furman said he would like to machine gun all ‘niggers’, put them in a pile and burn them.  Not what I would call sane sentiments of a ‘peace officer’.  Rather something else entirely. 

No matter how horrible and angry a father feels I think Mr. Goldman should have checked himself.  The fact is a white jury with eight women on it, in Santa Monica, found Simpson guilty of negligent homicide in a civil court.  I say double jeopardy.  The courts said the same thing many of them have been saying since before the civil war.  Then continued in bigotry in the Ku Klux Klan and governors like Wallace, 

Mr. Simpson did something stupid in Vegas.  I do not know and now, thanks to rush to judgment and a lot of hoopla we never will know who killed those poor people.  I do know OJ must have been disheartened, angry and let down, betrayed by those who loved him as they made him a sports hero.  They took his accomplishmentshis life and friends.  I hope those who framed him, suppressed evidence, lied and esp the killers die in hell.

Bank foreclosing on O.J. Simpson’s Florida house

MIAMI (AP) — Like tens of thousands of other Florida homeowners, imprisoned former football star O.J. Simpson is in danger of losing his house to foreclosure.

Miami-Dade Circuit Court records show that JPMorgan Chase filed for foreclosure in September on the four-bedroom, four-bath house south of downtown Miami. Simpson’s attorney has since filed a motion to dismiss the case, but there has been no further action since November.

Simpson bought the 4,233-square-foot house in 2000 for $575,000, property records show. Its current assessed value is $478,401, with property taxes of about $9,000. The 2011 taxes were paid in December.

The 64-year-old former football star and actor is serving a nine-to-33-year prison sentence stemming from a 2007 armed confrontation with sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas casino hotel room. Simpson was convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery and other charges. He is appealing the conviction.

Simpson was acquitted in 1995 in the Los Angeles slayings of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman. A civil jury in California later ordered Simpson to pay $33.5 million for Goldman’s wrongful death. The attorney for Goldman’s father, Fred Goldman, said Monday the bankruptcy case played directly into the Simpson foreclosure.

“No surprise at all,” said David J. Cook, the Goldman attorney in San Francisco who has spent years trying to collect the judgment.

Simpson received $750,000 in 2007 for a book ghostwritten under his name titled “If I Did It,” Cook said. A Florida bankruptcy judge eventually awarded rights to the book to Goldman, who released it. Cook said it sold some 150,000 copies.

About $350,000 of Simpson’s money went to pay down a line of credit had tied to his Miami-area home. The bankruptcy trustee, however, filed a so-called clawback lawsuit against the bank that sought return of the money as ill-gotten gains. Cook said when the bank paid the money, Simpson’s mortgage amount was raised to offset the cost.

“It was just a matter of time before he would lose the house,” Cook said.

Even in prison, Simpson has income from his NFL pension and another retirement account that is shielded under federal law from creditors. Residual payments from Simpson’s movies, such as the “Naked Gun” series and “The Towering Inferno,” go to the Goldmans.

There was no answer at the Simpson house when an Associated Press reporter knocked on the front door Monday afternoon. There were no cars in the circular driveway, which was strewn with fallen palm fronds. But the house appeared in good repair and the grass was mowed.

Simpson’s attorney in Nevada did not immediately return a telephone call and email seeking comment.
