Before I do a poem today I have some things I would like to say.
There have and has been a lot of speculation, accusation and consequential clean-up time spent by corporate executives advised by very expensive legal departments, many times in conjunction with their own legal representation.
They are committed to the corporation.. so, they are told how to say, manipulate, deceive.. misdirect and so on, without breaking the criminal statutes. If you are thinking lawsuit be prepared to spend a decade or so running back and forth to a courtroom where successful attorneys work.
This type of thing brings reaction from legislators, many elected officials so ‘justice’ will not be cheated, thus served. (on a personal note.. I found what I saw of the senatorial investigations concerning irresponsible loans by banks.. disgraceful.. bank officials were cracking ‘cute’ while folks starved.. lost their homes.. etc.. the forum let them do this.)
In the area of what I think, how I see those who have such responsibility.. many times is diluted by my reluctance to know such things happen. I suspect I am not alone in the desire to have a ‘smooth’ ride.
It does not change the truth of what I know and why. I have regard for the facts concerned in work needed, employment and the social importance of this very important tool. I am dumbfounded at the greed, caution and just stupidity that flounders in corporate offices. This stupidity frustrates customers. (I have had, in contradiction of any fact presented, an intelligent, well versed in his field, mature man.. stand in my studio and lie to me. My complaint was one that will resolve itself.. for the corporation.. in time.)
Corporate knows resolve will come.. I know this.. still.. they could have addressed my complaint.. admitting and adhering to what I said.. now I feel like creating a scene.. knocking things over.. showing everyone my frustration and pain.
What comes to mind is.. quality of service.. ‘the customer.. if not right must be shown.. sanely and honestly.. how so by the representative of the corporation’. ‘Being disrespected in an obvious lie is maddening’.
‘Profit should never cloud truth or the premise of customer satisfaction’.
From me to you who value the quality of service they receive.. for those of you who understand ‘any lie is a waste of time.. time being ultimately all any living thing has.. Peace T.
